GUILLAUME DESCOTTES
Director. Guillaume Descottes (Essec Business School, LSE) joined Creadev in May 2010. He started his career at PPR, before joining the investment fund Weinberg Capital Partners, at its inception. As part of his duties, he took up a two-year assignment in one of their portfolio companies (a BtoB distributor). This involved setting up the Internal Auditing department and taking part in several acquisitions.
FLORENT THOMANN
Director. Florent (ISC-EM Lyon) has 11 years experience in investment capital for small and large companies. So, after spending more than four years in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of SG, he joined the Private Equity business of SG AM in 2004 as the health sector and has developed and been in charge of the sustainable development activity. He joined CREADEV in April 2011.
PIERRE-YVES JÉHANNÈS
Investment Executive (ESCP-Europe Business School). Joined CREADEV in May 2007 after obtaining a double degree in Engineering (ENSAIT) and Business Finance.
NADIA GABRIEL
After obtaining a master’s degree in Literature, Nadia was a teacher in French in Beirut. Then, for three-years, she was involved in the founding and administration of a family-owned restaurant before becoming Creadev's office manager in 2007.
CLÉMENT LAMOLINERIE
Investment Executive. Joined CREADEV in May 2009 after obtaining a double degree in Agronomical Engineering (ENSAT) and Business Finance.
EMMANUEL DENOULET
Director (ESCP Europe graduated). He joined Creadev in September 2008. He has almost ten years of investment experience in small and medium-sized private businesses. He previously worked for the 3i Group and Quartus, an independent investment mid-market buy-out fund focused on majority transactions.
SÉVERINE TAPIÉ
General Secretary (Dauphine MBA, SFAF). Joined CREADEV in early 2005 after 18 years in investment banking (financial markets, principally).
BERTRAND DE TALHOUËT
CEO of CREADEV since September 2010 (Polytechnique Engineering school, ENA). He has 16 years of experience in retail, with the department store Printemps, with Fnac, specialized in cultural products, and with the mail order company La Redoute.
Experience in sales management, marketing, purchasing, and as CEO. He joined the Mulliez family office in June 2008 for the INDEV project, an investment vehicle dedicated to higher than 40M€ stake in companies. This project was transferred to CREADEV after he took over as CEO in 2010.
JÉRÔME MULLIEZ
After a 10 years experience in France, Switzerland and the US in the banking sector, he became head of sales Europe for 2 internet start-up based in England. Manager within the Mulliez Family, Jérôme is also a 3 Suisses International board member.
JÉRÉMY CLÉDAT
Investment Executive. Jeremy Cledat (ESCP Europe) joined CREADEV in November 2011 after a two year experience at Audacia, a French based growth capital investment fund.

Junior Assistant. Alexandra joined Creadev in September 2011.
